- Foundation of security/roles module. Main capability is to centralize role modeling and reusable user-role checks for downstream modules. Defines the Symphonie role taxonomy: dedicated group category plus custom/project/purchase role buckets and business groups such as PM, PMO, ADM Manager, GOV, WaR Approval, Contract Review, CCI Review, All Project Viewers, Project Activator, and purchase-oriented viewer/emitter roles. Exposes res.users helper methods (is_pmo_user, is_pm_user, is_adm_user, is_gov_user, is_war_approval_user, etc.) that standardize permission checks in Python code across modules. Sets baseline ACL behavior on Project objects (project/task access profiles for PM, PMO, GOV) and reshapes Purchase manager inheritance to pass through Symphonie purchase roles. Operationally, the module acts as a shared authorization backbone: other modules can reference Symphonie groups directly in XML (views, buttons, menus, record rules) and use the res.users boolean helpers in business logic, ensuring consistent access control behavior
